Eagle Scout Application
The Eagle Scout Rank Application is also available through Scoutbook+ and is automatically pre-populated with the Scout’s information and advancement records. While this can save time and reduce errors, Scouts should carefully review the application to verify that all information is complete and accurate before submitting it.

Statement of Ambition
In preparation for your board of review, prepare and attach to your Eagle Scout Rank Application a statement of your ambitions and life purpose and a listing of positions held in your religious institution, school, camp, community, or other organizations, during which you demonstrated leadership skills. Include honors and awards received during this service.
