Shootout for Scouting

Join Us for the 3rd Annual Shootout for Scouting!

The 2026 Shootout for Scouting returns on Friday, September 18, at the Kingsburg Gun Club, and we’re excited to continue building on the momentum of the past two years. This is our third year since reviving the Shootout, and thanks to the tremendous support of our volunteers, sponsors, and participants, we’re already ahead of last year’s pace with more teams committed. Whether you’re fielding a team, sponsoring the event, or volunteering at the event, we’d love to have you join us.

The day begins with team check-in at 8:00 a.m. Team registrations and sponsorship commitments are requested by September 4. We are also looking for volunteers to help make the morning run smoothly. Your willingness to serve is invaluable, and you’ll be part of a team helping deliver one of the Sequoia Council’s signature fundraising events. Volunteers will receive a Shootout T-shirt, BBQ lunch, and, most importantly, our sincere appreciation for helping invest in the next generation of leaders.
